Go horseback riding to the caves and beaches of the Parque Nacional del Este National Park!
Padre Nuestro-Cueva de Chico is part of the Parque Nacional del Este in Bayahibe. It offers a great opportunity to discover the local flora and fauna. This horseback ride takes you through the tropical dry forest of Padre Nuestro to Cueva de Chico, a cave with an underground lake and where you can admire petroglyph drawings painted by pre-Colombian natives, the Taino Indians. Take this unique opportunity to swim in its crystal-clear blue waters.
Parque del Este – Beach: A ride on saddleback along the coastline of an idyllic beach at Parque Nacional del Este. Enjoy the indescribable experience of witnessing nature and the ocean colliding. Hop in the water and go for a refreshing swim. Take some incredible photographs with the horses at the beach.
Bayahibe – Sunset on horseback: The excursion onto Bayahibe offers a ride on horseback across dry forests, traversing small beaches, until having reached town and get off our houses. You will have an opportunity to visit the bars, shops, marina and beaches alongside our guides or on your own.
Before returning on horseback we will replenish ourselves by having a snack on the beach as we welcome a new sunset.
