Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Booking and Service Delivery

  • Once the booking process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • The tour confirmation will include all itinerary details, contact information, and meeting points. This confirmation must be presented on the day of the tour to access the service.

2. Reservation Modifications

  • Reservation modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the tour date. Not all modification requests can be accommodated.
  • Any modification requested within 72 hours of the tour date may not be accepted and could incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund minus any processing fees.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date or no-shows: No refund will be issued.

4. Tour Cancellations by Us

  • If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns), you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Tours will depart on time, and late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information and review any updates or changes to the tour schedule.
  • Customers must follow all instructions provided by the tour guide to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants.

7. Other information

  • Viva Resorts by Wyndham is not responsible for disappeared objects or things, forgotten or damaged, during the excursions.
  • Purchases made during the excursions are not under the responsibility of Viva Resorts by Wyndham.
  • All Viva Resorts by Wyndham excursions are not suitable for pregnant women, persons in wheelchair or with severe walking limitations.
